Booking terms
Clear, family-friendly booking information.
The project brief did not include final cancellation, refund, rebooking or no-show terms. Those legally significant clauses must be supplied or approved by the business before live payments are enabled.
Session information
Each play session lasts 1 hour 15 minutes. Your booking is valid for the selected date and start time. Arriving later does not extend the session.
Children and adults
A standard child booking includes one accompanying adult and a babyccino. Additional children, twins under three and extra adults are charged at the rates shown during checkout.
Availability
Places are subject to capacity. Selecting a session creates a temporary five-minute hold; the booking is only confirmed after successful payment and a confirmation reference is issued.
Venue guidance
Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult. Anti-slip socks are recommended in the play area. Baby food may be brought for children under 12 months.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Tiny Forest does not store full card or wallet details.
